Ever since grade school, dentistry in some way has been the career goal for Matt in his small Ohio hometown of Willard.  The University of Findlay and The Ohio State University provided the path to that goal.  Culminating in 2011 with degrees and certifications allowing the fun to begin for cleanings, fillings, numbing, and orthodontics, it’s never a dull moment when keeping up with Continuing Education and research.

From the get-go of joining the Second Street practice in 2017, Matt has enjoyed customizing hygiene treatment and home-care plans for each of Dr Hire’s patients.

In the off-time, Matt stays busy with all of life’s adventures with his sporty and active daughter and twin boys.  Working on cars, writing music and playing instruments, and studying anything and everything rounds out any free time left in a day!
